Correction on earlier publication
In the information booklet for participants can be seen that participants will have dinner included on the 25th of July, this is not the case. The information booklets below are the updated version. You have to organize dinner yourself on the 25th.
The location of the closing evening has been changed to: Maassilo, Maashaven Zuidzijde 1-2, Rotterdam. Transport will take place by metro, tickets will be handed out in De Doelen.
On Thursday June 23, an email was sent to all participants with important information about the arrival, the social program, accommodation, the information booklet, the use of the ScoutingApp and the reservation of rooms by delegations.

It is still possible to request rooms in De Doelen, as long as no catering is required. Fill in the following form: click here.

2: If your delegation is unable to register on July 22, please let us know by e-mail: email@example.com, and we will look together at the solution.

A reminder email has been sent to all the registered participants concerning additional information about arrivals on Schiphol, the International Evening, the Rotterdam Evening, the changed location of the closing evening, COVID measures and the ScoutingApp.
